Top of mind and in the conversations of some here is the recuperation from a February heart transplant by Jerry Richardson, a veteran of several industry brands, including Bojangles' and Denny's, and a pro-football franchise owner and former player. Also recuperating is flight-based-foodservice maven Bill Anton, who took a bad fall down an escalator. He reportedly tumbled headfirst and kept rolling, breaking several bones in the process.
