We're not talkin' about your Aunt Molly's favorite greeting, here, but about the expansion of the foodservice industry in the 50 years its luminaries have been attending the Multi Unit Foodservice Operators conference. MUFSO 2009 program co-chairman and Nation's Restaurant News publisher emeritus James Doherty summed up that progress during the MUFSO Golden Anniversary Celebration Oct. 5 at the Hilton Anatole hotel in Dallas. The Beef Checkoff was the event's marquee sponsor, and Sweet Street Desserts and The Elliott Group were its supporting sponsors.
