We ran in weekly NRN and at NRN.com a summary of some of the research about consumer preferences for restaurant technology the good doctor likely covered today. READ ALL ABOUT IT.

(We're still not clear, though, on where the researchers found a statistically significant number of consumers who have actually experienced at-table digital displays offering virtual menus with nutrition metrics.
