Apart from becoming disoriented while deciding whether to “follow” or be “followed” or understand how you became “connected” with a Blackberry wielding goatherd in Tasmania, there are other dangers in the brave new world of online social networking for business. ***Actually, Stacey was part of a well received educational program titled, "Web 2.0, the Real Deal, or Another Diversion?" She had plenty to say about the Hows and Whys of monitoring and participating at Chowhound, Facebook, Google, Twitter and Yelp. Play the video below to hear what California Tortilla gets out of the social networking side of Web 2.0. (Sort of makes you wish you attended so you would know what it takes to reap these rewards, doesn't it?) Again, an iPhone player link follows.
